All fine jewelry pieces are lovingly made by hand when ordered.  In most instances, orders ship within 2-3 weeks.  Though some custom pieces, such as personalized jewelry or custom stone setting can take 3-4 weeks to ship for domestic orders.  We do our best to ensure speedy shipping, so thank you in advance for understanding!  If you need your item expedited for a special occasion, email the

Elizoebeth Jensen offers flat rate shipping. Shipping rates and times apply to all orders once completed as per the production timeline detailed above.

UPS Ground (domestic excluding Alaska and Hawaii) - FREE for all orders. Signature is REQUIRED for delivery of orders over $500.

UPS 2nd Day Air - $35

UPS International - $120 (Please add an additional 3-4 weeks to the timeline above for international deliveries)

Alaska and Hawaii orders are delivered via USPS 3-Day Priority Mail or 1-Day Priority Mail Express, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY NEW JEWELRY?

Generally 14k jewelry and precious / semi-precious stones can be cleaned with a gentle cleanser (like Dawn) in a solution of warm water.  You may also utilize a very soft bristled toothbrush to clean your jewelry within the water solution.  Alternately, non-porous stones can be cleaned in a weak solution of ammonia and then wiped clean with a lint-free cloth.  Jewelry, particularly sterling silver, is apt to tarnish over time.  To minimize this effect, store your sterling silver away from humidity, and ideally, in a sealed container like a zip-lock bag.  Great care should be taken when using a heated ultrasonic cleaner.  Generally these cleaners are considered safe and effective for precious metals and stones with a hardness greater than 7.0 on the Moh's scale (typically diamonds, sapphires, and some rubies are safe for the ultrasonic cleaner).
